Terms of service

I request payment via a Paypal invoice before I start working. This is solely to avoid my hard work going unpaid for!If you are uncomfortable with this, refrain from commissioning.

No refunds/chargebacks. I can never get back the hours and effort I've spent on working. If you regret wanting a commission after paying the invoice, you are able to get a refund AS LONG as I haven't started working on your commission yet. Once I begin working on it, getting a refund becomes unavailable.
Major revisions are fine in the sketch part. I can't redo the work if you suddenly change your mind on something later on without increasing price. I will update you on how the work is going which should give you plenty of opportunities to give input.
You are obligated to inform me if you are plan on selling something sporting the artwork you wish to commission. Commercial use increases price. (Using it commercially without notice will result in a hefty invoice!)
By ordering a commission, you agree to the above conditions.
